Alexander is highly experienced in the management of multi-discipline design firms and has for the last 7 years worked in Riyadh as Executive Manager of one of Saudi Arabia’s foremost design consultancies and the leading consultant for healthcare. He has been responsible for the strategic development of the firm, including business development and delivery of all projects. Prior to his current role as General Manager of dwp Bahrain, Alexander worked with architects in the United Kingdom and Middle East upon a diverse range of projects from masterplanning to interior design.
Brenton first graduated from the University of South Australia, and then obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Singapore. Brenton is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Business with the Maastricht School of Management. Brenton has since amassed a wealth of varied management experience, in the construction, pharmaceutical and design fields, garnered throughout Asia, Australia and Europe. A licensed builder and auctioneer in Australia, Brenton managed the operations of a leading South Australian residential property developer, before moving to Britain and then Thailand with a pharmaceutical multinational. Since 2005, Brenton has been responsible for dwp's group operations and strategy implementation. Brenton brings to dwp a wealth of management experience garnered throughout Asia, Australia and Europe.
With over 25 years' engineering and design experience, Kenny is a specialist at incorporating technology into architecture. Having studied physics at University of New Paltz, New York, and music at Berklee Collage of Music in Boston, MA, Kenny has expertly applied his passions into his professional career. Having previously held positions as the director EAD, a systems integration company, specialising professional A/V, and as the CEO of Audio Intelligence Inc, a high resolution loudspeaker manufacture, since 2009, Kenny has been responsible for managing WGC's design and management teams. Over the course of his career, he has designed many broadcast, film, entertainment production and high-end recording studios, such as the Virgin Radio Complex. As his experience evolved, he became fascinated by the merging of technology and architecture, and he is continuously recognised for pushing the boundaries of what true integration means to interior design. Now at the helm of dwp|wgc, Kenny is setting new benchmarks of integrated audio-visual and lighting solutions, into architecture and interior design.
Leone has over 25 years' international experience as a major projects architect and strategic planner, for the delivery of successful projects, ranging from masterplans to iconic buildings. Providing an international context to the development of project direction and decision making for every undertaking, she is sensitive to both client needs and project imperatives, having previously managed design processes as a client herself. Her strong strategic and technical skills are critical to her management overview of client relationships, design quality and project and business processes. Leone has worked on many major, high profile projects, providing direction to all project disciplines, ensuring achievement of product and investment objectives. Project types include dense urban 'cities', resort residences, iconic buildings, business parks and educational institutions. With skills grounded in a strong foundation of research and knowledge, Leone is regularly in demand by the media and for presenting and speaking engagements.
Robert has over 25 years' experience in design and management, throughout Asia, the Middle East and the UK. A registered architect and member of the RIBA, as executive director Robert is highly experienced in all aspects of developing, directing and managing a top-tier design firm. Robert has led numerous major projects, including mixed-use, commercial and residential property, hotels, transport, education and civic buildings, as project director for the lead-consultant. His approach is based upon successful teamwork and promoting productive, client-focused relationships between clients, designers and contractors. Combining innovative design with commercial realities, he is adept at communicating how excellence in design maximises value for the client. As regional managing director, responsible for overall operation, development and expansion of the business across the region, Robert collaborates closely with the leaders of the dwp design studios, in their operational management and development of client relationships.
Saeed possesses over two decades of extensive experience with local and multinational firms in property and real estate development, with over ten years of which in a senior management role. An architect, urban designer and urban planner by trade, Saeed has a proven track record of successful project planning design, development and implementation, throughout Asia. In 2007, Saeed joined dwp, responsible for the overall operation and key commercial strategies and initiatives, across the Thai market. Directing multiple design studios, Saeed collaborates closely with design directors to ensure that individual project requirements and client business objectives are met, while maintaining design integrity and quality.
A dynamic design talent, Sarinrath graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Emerson College in the US. She began her design career in 2000 with a US-based architecture firm, gaining wide ranging experience from corporate offices to educational institutions. She has been a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 1998 and the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) since 1996. In 2004, Sarinrath joined dwp with a focus on commercial residential development, working on high-end projects alongside developing luxurious retail spaces for boutique brands and F&B. Highlight projects have included working on the Crystal Design Center (CDC) and, most recently, Plearnary Mall. Currently General Manager for dwp's Thailand office, Sarinrath helps foster total client satisfaction by ensuring that client aesthetic, functional and budgetary requirements are well conveyed and delivered by the design team.
Educated in Australia with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Scott moved to Asia in 1994, and, together with his business partners, transformed dwp from a local Thai-based company into an award-winning, pan-Asian design firm. Innovation, creativity and energy are the cornerstones of Scott's success. He leads a team that has amassed many accolades for diverse projects across sectors. Some notable highlights include such projects as Sirocco, Mezzaluna, Distil and Breeze at the Dome, State Tower, and 87 Plus at the Conrad, Bangkok, as well as the highly acclaimed Earth Spa at Evason Hideaway in Hua Hin. He has successfully delivered many schemes within a broad range of sectors, including mixed-use, commercial, masterplanning, hospitality, residential, education, transportation, infrastructure and defense projects. While maintaining a strong eye on the big picture, Charlie has an attention to detail that ensures dwp Vietnam designs are delivered with a client-oriented approach.
As General Manager of dwp's Dubai office, Angus brings 20 years of architectural experience working between Hong Kong, Beijing, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, and Azerbaijan. His experience includes day to day commercial and financial operations and overseeing 100+ architects, designers, and site personnel, I still maintain a passion and hands on approach to the outcome of projects, leading the team through the complex design and coordination issues. He has worked across a wide variety of projects including various hospitality, mixed use, retail, educational, institutional, office, large scale residential, and aviation projects. Angus has managed diverse teams and resolved the technical/organisational challenges of architecture across all phases of a project, as well as design skills in planning, composition, and detailing. Angus has both a strong eye for the big picture and attention to detail that ensures dwp UAE designs are delivered with a client-oriented approach.

Her key projects include Evergrande International Finance Tower, a 518m super high-rise tower in Jinan PRC, and KK 100, a 420m super high-rise tower in Shenzhen PRC.
Joey received her Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has been a registered architect in the State of New York since the year 2000. She has spoken at several conferences including the Middle East High Rise Building Conference in Dubai, UAE, in 2009 and the Tall Buildings Conference in Mumbai, India, in 2011.
