Lebua State Tower Ballroom
dwp successfully completed the challenge to create an elegant hotel lobby in very limited space with numerous structural constraints in a very limited time frame.

As for the ballrooms, the design team had embodied the concept of the grandeur of European palaces combined with contemporary Asian luxury. The design portrayed a subtle balance of classic design elements, traditional architectural details such as mouldings and arches, and sophisticated modern furniture. A light, warm color scheme accented with gold, deep purple and crystal white was used in the thick carpet and plush upholstery. Old world glamour was created using a pair of enormous classic European crystal chandeliers to link the void spaces of the two-storey atriums and give a palatial air. A formal garden on the terrace was designed to echo the feeling of a formal French garden and integrating the design concept both indoors and outdoors.

The ballrooms provides a striking change from the Asian contemporary style that has become commonplace in modern Asia.
