When Mercedes Benz globally launched their advertising campaign with a new corporate logo, they choose the strong tagline 'Mercedes Benz, the Best or Nothing'. Within this global strategy, Mercedes Benz TAAP Thailand commissioned world-class architecture and interior design firm dwp | design worldwide partnership, to create a semi-permanent exhibition space, within their Thonburi Automotive Assembly Plant. The exhibit, 'Mercedes Benz, Production Excellence', showcases the ultimate top-of-the-line production process of manufacturing Mercedes Benz automobiles.

dwp was tasked with crafting an exhibit that highlighted the five stages of production, namely logistics, body shop, paint shop, assembly, and the finishing shop, still utilised to educate, inform and excite potential clients and partners about the luxury brand. dwp encased the 230sqm space with a strong contrast between light and dark finishes. The centre of the space is the focal point, which serves as a meet-and-greet area. dwp implemented the global Mercedes-Benz Presentation System (MPSII), by using dark walnut panels with blue strips of polished plaster, to enhance the corporate logo.
