dwp was appointed by Xilinx in 2005 as Interior Design consultant for its then unbuilt 6-storey, 200,000 square-foot Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore's Changi Business Park.

This was completed in 2007 and has won a Green Mark Platinum Award, the highest recognition possible by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under the Singapore Ministry of National Development. The BCA Green Mark Scheme is a rating system used to evaluate a building for its environmental impact and performance. Buildings are awarded the BCA Green Mark based on five key criteria: energy efficiency, water efficiency, site/project development and management, good indoor environmental quality and environmental protection, and innovation. Xilinx is the first private company in Singapore's industrial sector to be awarded with the Green Mark Platinum Award.

dwp's direct contribution to the Green Mark achievement was in directing conscious sustainable design choices throughout the interiors, such as specifying the use of low VOC paint & to zero-formaldehyde-emission carpet improve indoor air-quality, selecting LEEDS-approved fabrics and finishes with recycled content, and in low energy consumption lighting options.

The key "green" features of the building include:
- Use of high performance low-emissive double glazing unit for all external windows and full height 'shop-front' glass
- Innovative use of heat pipe & desiccant dehumidifier
- Maximize day lighting into office floors by limiting floor depth to not more than 10 meters; this also enhances visual connectivity with external natural environment
- Extensive use of T5 lights in offices, car park and operational floors
- Use of motion detection system integrated with lighting in meeting rooms, toilets, car park & staircases
- Use of Centralized Lighting Management System which is linked to Building Management System via IT backbone
- Use of Solar cum heat pump hot water system
- Use of recycled condensate water for landscape irrigation
