BBL Asset Management

BBL Asset Management required an 800sqm fit out of a new floor and renovations to 2 existing floors (a further 600sqm) of their offices, in a CBD high-rise in Bangkok, for which world-class architecture and interior design firm dwp provided full interior design and turnkey construction services.

Inspiration for the design was derived from the company's logo, the lotus flower, using a somewhat conservative theme, coupled with contemporary Thai elements, to suit the client's requirements. A natural colour scheme was opted for, implementing 2 different wooden laminates, wallpaper and dark carpeting, accented with selected artworks, low-set lighting and the occasional splash of vibrant colour. The reception counter and backdrop provide a stunning first impression with a slight futurist edge, while the semi-private executive lounge offers the ultimate in comfort.

The overall ambience is one of relaxed eclectic taste and zen luxury, with a contemporary stylish edge, promoting simple, discernable luxury.
