World-class architecture and interior design firm dwp was requested by Bumrungrad International Hospital, to design and build a data centre that would incorporate Microsoft research and support facilities, next to the internationally acclaimed hospital. The centre, located over two floors, offers all the features expected of a workplace environment. dwp lent its expertise to this turn-key project that would apply to the reception area, workstations, meeting rooms and lift lobby.

Soft and supple colours were used throughout the office, to create a simple and straightforward environment. The reception wall featured artwork, sporting large Microsoft signage, made from teak wood, to enhance the greeting spot for the public. To elevate the tone, custom-made furniture, including sofas and coffee tables were also placed in the reception area, improving the mood of the section.
