Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong

Located in the heart of Bangkok, Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong brings the energy, colour and character of the city into a bold hospitality experience. Designed by dwp., the interiors capture the spirit of their surroundings through a playful mix of contemporary design, local references and unexpected moments that reflect Moxy’s youthful, social personality.

The concept, “Heart of Bangkok,” draws inspiration from the city’s culture and entertainment history, with the iconic Scala Theatre providing a key creative reference. Most visible in the hotel’s multifunctional bar, illuminated marquee elements, neon graphics and theatrical details reinterpret the nostalgia of Bangkok’s cinema culture through a contemporary lens. Industrial finishes, exposed services, vivid colour and locally inspired artwork create an environment that feels distinctly Bangkok while remaining unmistakably Moxy.

At the centre of the experience is a highly social lobby conceived as more than an arrival space. Lounge areas, dining, games and the bar flow together to encourage guests to meet, work, eat and play, while the rooftop extends this sense of community outdoors against the Bangkok skyline. Guest rooms offer a calmer counterpoint, combining warm timber, clean contemporary detailing and playful accents to create compact, comfortable spaces designed for the modern urban traveller.
