Sensia by Beyond

Located in Dubai Maritime City, Sensia by Beyond brings the glamour and geometry of Art Deco into a distinctly contemporary residential setting. dwp.’s interior design concept balances theatrical expression with refined simplicity, creating a timeless identity across the development’s public spaces and private residences.

Rather than recreating traditional Art Deco, the design distils its defining characteristics, bold geometry, symmetry, rich materials and expressive detailing, into a cleaner, more contemporary language. Public areas including the lobby, gym and yoga spaces embrace a stronger sense of drama, while the residences introduce these influences more subtly to create calm, highly liveable interiors.

Marble, polished metals, lacquered wood and mirrored glass are layered with contemporary materials including terrazzo and sustainably sourced wood. Jewel-toned accents bring moments of emerald, sapphire and ruby against a restrained neutral palette, while sculptural lighting creates focal points throughout the interiors.

The result is a residential experience shaped by contrast: glamour and comfort, heritage and modernity, statement and restraint. From the grand arrival experience to light-filled, open-plan homes, Sensia translates the spirit of Art Deco into an environment designed for contemporary Dubai living.
