In addition to the lobby area, the facility areas included the design of the library, tea room, social club, fitness room and corridors.

In addition to the lobby area, the facility areas included the design of the library, tea room, social club, fitness room and corridors.
Art deco design features give the lobby a timeless style with sleek and smooth lines. The lobby lounge features an impressive light sculpture, while a marble panel separates the lounge into sections.
On the facilities floor, dwp delivered a timeless and sophisticated style with contemporary highlights. High quality maarble, wood, glass and steel were cleverly married with elegant design elements to present a luxurious atmosphere for the residents. This refined design is mirrored in the facility and residential corridors, where top quality materials remind residents of their refined environment.
